Brooklyn Motors

Family owned and working in the auto repair industry since 1988 at the heart of Coney Island. Our new facility was opened in 2013. Brooklyn Motors has been a leader in our community as well as the automotive repair industry. In the midst of Hurricane Sandy it has become clearer than ever how important our community is as customers and neighbors. We strive to help our community everyday by supporting local businesses and organizations with the highest level of service. We pride ourselves in taking the extra step to help where we can and sometimes where we can’t.
 
Equipment
A state-of-the-art repair facility requires top-of-the-line equipment. Our new facility comes equipped with:
  • 2 standard lifts along with one Car-O-Liner measuring system bench rack frame machine, and one Grabber frame machine, a universal collision repair system for both cosmetic and structural repair for any type of vehicle.
  • At Brooklyn Motors we perform all mechanical work and wheel alignments in-house. Our wheel alignment and mechanic shop is equipped with state-of-the-art Hoffman electronic wireless wheel-alignment machine and Quick match high capacity wheel balances with vibration diagnostics. Our tire changing machine can change tires up to 30 inches.
  • A separate section of our repair facility is dedicated for welding and metal work. We are equipped with 3 brand new Snap-On welding machines including one specifically for aluminum.
  • State-of-the-art ZHANGDA down draft spray booth, equipped to paint both solvent and water-based systems, equipped with a separate paint-mixing room, using the top of the line PPG products.
  • Our licensed tow truck is on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ready to pick up and drop off to our lot at a moment’s notice.

Our Facility

Our NEW state-of-the-art facility is set on a fully renovated 20,000 square-foot space located in Brooklyn, NY and includes:
  • 2,000 square-foot front yard allowing for 10 parking sports, 4 customer spots, 2 handicap spots, and 4 spots reserved for the insurance adjusters that visit our facility.
  • The new repair facility sits on a 10,000 square-foot space and is adjacent to our new 30 car storage lot with a side entrance for tow truck pick-up/drop off.
  • New office comes fully furnished with quiet work stations equipped with estimation software such as Michelle, CCC, and Auto Tech. Comfortable waiting area and restroom for our clients as their vehicles are appraised for damages.
  • For customer convenience, directly adjacent to our building you will find a car rental with over 150 cars on the line today.
